- Don’t check your emails first thing in the morning!
- Use the mornings to focus yourself, relax, set your intentions, and meditate
- Designate a Workspace at Home
- No more working from your bed!
- Only complete work within your at-home workspace
- Set Boundaries Around Your Work Hours
- Just because you’re working from home does not mean
- Once you log off, be completely offline
- Create a Morning Routine
- Make your bed first thing in the morning
- Workout in the morning
- Make a healthy breakfast
- Limit Screen Time After Work
- Apps like
- Power Nap
- A quick 15min recharge can turn your entire day around!
- Make sure you don’t completely change clothes and get under the covers so you get too comfortable and sleep through your next meeting
- Posture
- Pay attention to how you’re seated all day to ensure you aren’t slouching
- If you’re able to do so, purchase an ergonomic chair or office chair so you’ll sit up straight throughout the day
