Hi, I’m Stevie, a Strategic HR Consultant and C-Suite Advisor. I founded Stevie Coleman Consulting (SCC) to help executives and high-growth companies scale their organizations by building world-class people strategies. I also provide high-impact career coaching for professionals aiming to land their dream roles.

My background includes leadership roles at both established and growth-stage companies where I’ve shaped HR strategy from the ground up, scaled teams, created leadership development programs, and aligned people-systems to support business goals. Currently, I serve as a strategic HR contractor for a high-growth FinTech startup, building its HR framework and strategy during a critical pre-IPO phase.

My aim at SCC is to bring this same high-level, strategic mindset to every client.
